trojan.virtumonde elavated in my pc

I'm new here, my PC lately been very slow in shutting down. The PC tools Spyware doctor prompting my of trojan.virtumonde elevated in in my PC, how can get rid of it?
My PC installed with Norton Antivirus and I've just downloaded AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5. DO I need to remove the NAV & PC tools Syware doctor?

I know SAS has smart rules for Vundo but even they need updating when the infection change's it registry data which is thankfully as not as often as the files change checksums.
