Trojan Stubby C

    Does anyone know how to eliminate Trojan Horse Downloader Stubby C .
    Comes up on AVG scan indicates an embeded( Non erasable?) Trojan
    I'm brand new to this forum so I'm not sure how it all works
    Thanks for any help
