Trojan-spy.HTML.Smitfraud.c HELP!! PLZ!

I am in trojan hell. I can't even log on to my computer! I get a blue screen that says a fatal error has occured in IE.(c000021a) and (oxc 0000034)
It says to try spyware software etc..
But I can't
I try to log on to my name and it automatically logs me off. I can't even get to my desktop.
I am on my other computer now.
I have tried restarting in safe mode, same problem.
I have tried f8 and starting in about every option and nothing will let me log on.
Does anyone know what I can do? I would really appreciate any information.
I am using xp with service pack 1

 

Do you have the XP CD? Maybe you could use the recovery console. If you can't boot to safe mode, then it's drastic. (If you have a proprietary machine like Dell, or HP, then maybe use their recovery CD.) Once it gets up and running, then, we can address the problems.
