trojan-spy.html.smitfraud.c don't have windows icons

    I got the trojan-spy.html.smitfraud.c on my computer. I have been reading the removal methods but I cannot even get to my windows icons. I can't get windows explorer to work in save mode or the control panel to add and remove software. I have windows xp home edition. In fact I am sending this on another Pc.
