Trojan Horse: Dropper.Small.5.J

I have a virus that I think is a trojan horse. It is called Dropper.Small.5.J. I read the other threads about it and I went through the trojan guide thingy and it all comes up with nothing. But when I open up internet explorer my homepage gets changed to vroomsearch.com or nastydollars something and I get porn folders in my favorites. I ran every program on the guide while in safe mode but still nothing. I am probably doing something wrong. Alson when I tried to get into safe mode by pressing F8 and I got a message that said I was missing some sort of module or file required to run safe mode so I had to do it the other way. What in the heck do I do?

As Blue has mentioned above, posting a Hijackthis log for review at one of the sites that perform Hijackthis analysis and system cleaning would be what you need to do now.

vroomsearch is one of the newer variants of Begin2Search hijacker.
