    Try the following:-

    1) Clear out all your temp files, and the easy way to do that is by downloading CCleaner from here:- http://www.ccleaner.com/
Before running CCleaner you should configure it by clicking 'Options'/'Advanced' and unticking the box 'Only delete files in Windows Temp folders older than 48 hours'.

    2) Boot into safe mode:-

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial61.html

and do a full system scan with first AVG, then ewido (both of which should be updated beforehand to ensure you are using the latest definitions); quarantining what you can.

    3) If ewido can't delete something, do a memory scan with ewido; if that finds something look for the number in square brackets in its report (eg it may look like [2046] etc), then go to ewido's analysis section and under 'processes' look for any running process with a PID corresponding with the relevant no/s (there may be more than one). You need to select all the relevant processes (by holding down the Ctrl key) before clicking the 'Terminate' button. Now do a full system scan with ewido again.

See if that helps. If not, give the full file path of what you cannot get rid of.
