Troj Revop.a virus? trojan? Need HELP!!

I have been having a host of problems with my computer. First it ran slow so I got more ram. Then I was having problems with my email - MS Outlook Express would not open and it kept giving me all kind of error message. The my Windows ME began giving me fits. So on the recommendation of a consultant, I ran the virus scan on the Trendmicro website. I do have Norton Antivirus, but evidentally it didn't catch this one. The Trendmicro site came up with 5 viruses that appear to be the same one, just attacking 5 different areas. It is the TROJ REVOP.A, and it attacked my C:\RESTORE\TEMP\A0086039.CPY; C:\RESTORE\ARCHIVE\FS28.CAB..., and others. I was able to erase two of the five affected areas. Can anyone help me? I am somewhat computer literate but when it comes to these issues I'm clueless. HELP!!!!!!
