Trial Version not updating

I downloaded the trial version to evaluate it before purchasing it. (had made my mind up before ) I thought I'd give it a couple weeks to see how it performed against my old AV software. It updated on the intial installation and once since. It is now on update 1.1019 and I see there has been a couple more updates but NOD keeps asking for username and password. Only having it up to date for a few days isn't really enough to evaluate it correctly. I tried to find out more on the Nod website but the link to this particular question brings up a blank
