Trend Micro RootkitBuster problem

When I try to run the program I get a message that reads:

"Unable to initialize the API. Verify that you are logged in as an administrator, and then try again."

I have ran the program before and only recently started getting this message. I have also made fresh downloads but to no avail. Any suggestions?
