Trend Micro has always had a reputation of being too pricey here in Australia, but just look at the latest range of 2013 Products, Who in Their right mind is going to pay these sort of Prices :ninja: Come on Trend Micro, let get real shall we, you NEED to LOWER! those Prices, It's Practically Criminal! :ninja:

In the UK - and this is something that annoys us as a Trend reseller - a quick search for 'trend micro' on Google and you see an official Trend Google ad offering 50% off.

We can't even buy Trend products from Trend that allows us to compete with this 50% off direct-to-customer price. I'm not kidding either.

Quite ironic though as I can inform Trend that virtually no-one in the UK buys their consumer products.

Good Morning! I've purchased Trend from Purplus...and before purchasing be careful in Reading the Fine Print...If your ordering the Downloaded or Electronic Version All Sales Are Final! Which means it would be wise too download the thirty day trial version first...and then if it plays well with your existing apps...and does what it's purported to do...then make your purchase. The Download Crew has the same Terms and Conditions...so Buyer Beware! I agree with the Trend Re-Seller in the U.K.And Australia...that the Trend Policies are Heavy Handed and Patently unfair for the Small and Medium Business Markets. Like all Companies...Trend's income is derived from the Large Business market segment...Banks...Telco's...etc. As a consumer in the U.K. and Australia their are Greener Pastures! Sincerely...Securon

There was a link posted before (don't remember if it was here or elsewhere) offering a full 1yr AV 2013 license for free.

Lucky me I could grab it then but sadly I found that this new version is still a bit heavy on PC performance :( Top notch detection though.
