transfer only several programms

hi there at all,

i want to use acronis migrate easy to transer my data and programms from my crashed hd. the crashed hd is still bootable but i dont want to transfer all my programms and settings to the new one.
i decided to make a clean installation of wXP on my new HD and transfer all the data of the old HD.
So i think this is possible?!

but, it is also possible to transfer only my lotus notes within all the settings (registry etc) from the old to the new HD? without the OS an other stuff?
whithout installing it. ( i dont have the installtion cds here, and my company is located in cairo -egypt. i live in greece)
