Transfer music cassettes to CD/

Is there a reasonable way to transfer music from cassettes to CD?
My sister has tons of cassettes and would like to put the contents on CDs.

Thanks, All. I did not realize the equipment was so widely available and not as expensive as I thought it would be. I am sure that something there will fit her requirements.
