Tracking Cookies Keep Returning

    When I do a 'fast systems scan' each day, tracking cookies are found once the scan has finished, I then quarantine them, then delete them. When I scan again, it is then ok with no problems found, does anyone know why this keep happening?
    Also, in the customs settings, do I need to check the box which says 'scan for tracking cookies' or can I leave this uncheked?
    Will it make a lot of difference whether it's checked or unchecked?
    Any help appreciated.
