Total Defrag 2010 Reboots, No hard drive showing, Can you help fix?

Well, I installed Paragon Total Defrag 2010 on my Windows 7 Ultimate desktop, I try to run the defrag on Drive C: but for some reason when the computer reboots and I start the defragmenter from the 3 option list that comes up first. When the next screen opens showing what drives are available for deframentation the box is empty. My hard drive is now showing at all. What would cause this and how do I fix it so the process will run correctly. I have never seen this behavior at despite having this program on many machines at my work and home. Any help would be appreciated.
