Tor DMCA Notice

    I have been looking into TOR and downloaded Vidalia. After looking around on the Tor web site I noticed a link to a DMCA notice. I have never used Tor. Is this something to be concerned about or does this even apply to an end user?

    This solely applies to Tor relay owners, you are not a Tor relay owner. You have nothing to worry about.
