toolkits for malware detection/prevention

This is what I use

Avast (active)
Hitman Pro (2nd opinion - just for scan)

Malware bytes
Super anti-spyware

vba32 anti-rootkit

I wanted to use Avira but I see it has less scanners/shields that Avast seems to provide, and I know Avast uses gmer technology which is very strong rootkit detection.

Is there anything else somebody would add to that list? Am I missing something important?

I thought of changing from Avast to Avira - if I use sandboxie I shouldnt need a web-shield or browser scanning should I?

PS - Just freely available programs pls - everything I cite is freeware
