How can I make my PC shutdown at specific time?
I want the task to be password protected or can be stopped only by me.

I use Admin account in Windows 7.

    maybe this -
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897541.aspx

    psshutdown.exe -p psswd -f (or probably -k) -t 20:04

i've never used it so that probably won't shut down your computer at 20:04 lol

put psshutdown.exe in the $PATH maybe that's in \C and the dos box should know which program you are talking about
