    Work under XP:
    Right click on taskbar.
    Go to start menu button in popup
    Start menu->customize
    Go to advanced.
    Under Start menu items:
    System admin tools: enable "display on the all programs menua nd the start menu"

    Now, SRP can be accessed as "local security policies" in all programs menu, and run "as admin"

    It works in Vista/7 too.

    Or if you don't want all the admin tools displayed, you can just type secpol.msc into Start Menu, right-click and run it as admin (may need to press Shift key if you can't see it). You can also pin it to start menu/taskbar or do the traditonal way of placing a shortcut on the desktop:p
