TI9 Wont see drives

    Just upgraded computer now have one seagate sata drive and one external usb drive. reinstalled TI9, get message can't find any drives.
    It always found the usb drive before thats where I keep backups.
    motherboard asus p5wd2 e premium only has one ide and I use that for
    dvd rom drives.
    any help appreciated

    follow up
    installed an ide drive and TI9 still wont see drives.BUT when a boot disk is used then it sees the drives. anyone know whats up.

    Is that a *True Image* boot disk that sees the drives or a standard Windows boot disk? Have you tried re-installing TI? What build of ver.9 is it? What windows version?

    TI9 boot disk and windows xp tried both latest versions of TI
    also if I use files and folders it will see the drives. driving me crazy.

    Hello Vince Romano,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    Please download the latest version of Acronis drivers, install it with disabled logging and see if the problem still persists.

    If the problem still persists then enable logging by running the Acronis drivers installation package once again, reproduce the problem and collect the c:\snapapi.log file.
