    Hello km4u,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please accept my apologies for the delay with the response.

Please make sure that you use the latest build (2273) of Acronis True Image 9.0 which is available at: http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/

To get access to updates you should create an account at:
    http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/
then log in and use your serial number to register your software.

Please note that you should create new Bootable Rescue CD after installing the update.

If the problem still persists with the latest build (2273) then please provide me with the more detailed information on the problem:

    - Are you trying to create an image saving it to NAS?

    - Tell me if you are trying to perform these actions from under Windows or when booted from the Bootable Rescue CD?

    - Have you received any error messages? What exact messages?

    - Describe actions taken before the problem appears step-by-step.

    - Provide any other information that you consider to be useful.

    Thank you.

    - Are you trying to create an image saving it to NAS?
In NAS, the image can be created from WINDOWS.
    - Tell me if you are trying to perform these actions from under Windows or when booted from the Bootable Rescue CD?
When starting up TrueImage from the Windows, it opens the shared folder of NAS of the problem. The problem occurs when starting up from the rescue CD.

    - Have you received any error messages? What exact messages?
    No message comes out.
    - Describe actions taken before the problem appears step-by-step.
It starts up TrueImage of the full version.
    It chooses a recovery.
Wizard starts up and presses the following.
A shared folder is displayed if clicking "Computers Near Me" by the double, clicking "Workgrup" by the double and clicking HDL-G250 by the double.
Then, it restarts if clicking a folder by the double.

    - Provide any other information that you consider to be useful.
There is not a problem in TrueImage7.0.
It restarts in versions 8 and 9.
There is not a problem in other NAS"I-O DATA HDL-160U".
    Will it be an affinity?

It attempted to do a back-up using the rescue CD.
The result was to do NG being.
The PC has restarted when opening the folder of NAS like the restoration.
It was this phenomenon, it tried with several PCs but it was to do being of either of the NG.
