TI8 doesn't see hard drives

    I get the error: "E000101F4: Acronis True Image has not found any hard disk drives" when trying to restore an image.

    I have 2 SATA drives that XP recognizes just fine. True Image created a full image from the C drive with no difficulties.

    I created a new bootable CD and when I run it I get the error above. I checked the setup and everything looks fine. Any ideas

    The reply from Acronis will be to download the latest version and try that and I would suggest that also.
