TI support getting better?

    I joined this forum in September.

    Didn't get a good impression of the helfulness of some of the members, but more importantly did get a very bad impression of Acronis support, or rather lack of it.

    I've looked in again today, and the number of replies from Acronis support to queries appears to indicate that Acronis is now responding.

    Is that the case?
