    Scheduled backups do not start. I can do it manually after trying 2 or 3 times, but I am not sure if the backups are not coruppted.

    The Volume Shadow Copy Service is set for Manul startup type. Does it need to bet set to Automatic?

    Listing writers in vssadmin I get this

    Writer name: 'Dhcp Jet Writer'
    Writer Id: {be9ac81e-3619-421f-920f-4c6fea9e93ad}
    Writer Instance Id: {a34c678b-83da-42ae-bae4-199fba47123f}
    State: [10] Failed
    Last error: No error

    Any ideas what might be the cause of this
    I am on SBS2003, Exchange, IIS, DNS, DHCP, etc...
    with Norton Antivirus Server 10

    Thanks

    Chris

    Hello maximx86,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Server Backup Software.

    Please make sure you use the latest build (3854) of Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server. To get access to updates you should first register your software.

    If updating doesn't solve the problem, please make sure the options are set as explained in chapter 6.3.4. "Database support" of the respective User's Guide.

    If the issue persists, please collect some information to let us investigate it thoroughly:

    Please create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

    Please also collect the user.dmp and drwtsn32.log the way described in this previous post

    Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.
