TI 9 still no change after build 2,273

with the original build i did a complete full backup to hard drive. backup was slow but without incident. could not do backup of docs and settings only to cd. still cannot do backup of docs and settings to cd after latest build 2,273. error E00040003.

Could you please make a screen shot with this error message and describe your actions step by step performed before you get this message? Could you please also download Acronis Report utility available at http://www.acronis.com/files/support/AcronisReport.exe and run it, create a report and send it to us? This would provide us with detailed information on the hard disk partition structure.

If you are not familiar with making screen shots, please read the below step-by-step instructions.

- Get to the window which you want to make a screen shot of;
- Hit the (Alt+)PrintScreen button on your keyboard;
- Run Paint usually available in Start\Programs\Accessories or another graphics application;
- Choose Paste command in Edit menu;
- Save the result picture with JPEG format being preferable.
