    Hi,

i have problems with trueimage 9.1 for linux. i've built and installed the snapapi module manually and then run the acronis setup.it finished with no errors and with lsmod i can see that the snapapi module is loaded but the
application could not find any harddisks. when i run "trueimagecmd --list" it gives an empty list.
trueimage is running on a dell poweredge sc1425 with a s-ata harddisk on the
adaptec sata cerc raid controller. i am using debian linux.

    thx4answers

I've backuped it using the LRS http://lrs.linbox.org
They also support all Linux file systems, and LVM v1 and v2.

    Hello ArcticLord,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Linux Server Disk Backup Software.

We are sorry for the delayed response.

First of all, please make sure you use the latest build (3854) of Acronis True Image 9.1 Server for Linux. To get access to updates you should first register your software.

If the issue persists, please collect the Linux System Report the way described in this previous post. Then submit a request for technical support with the subject indicating that you want to contact Anton Sherkhonov. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.
