Updated my TI to 889 in the hope that I will be able to explore previous images created with 859.

After re-boot and starting TI 889 it reports:

E000101F4: Acronis True Image has not found any hard disk drives.

Uh? I am inside Windows which booted from a hard disk!

    What's going on?

Having discovered that 859 sucks should I go back 2 levels or what?

Installed TI 826 - same result. Clearly, there is something in Windows that is confusing TI, but what?

    Any suggestions?

    Thnx.

    Hello pszilard,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please install the 889 build of Acronis True Image, if the problem persists please install the below update with disabled logging and see whether the problem persists.

    http://www.acronis.com/files/support/SnapAPI_s_e.exe

If the problem does persist, please enable logging by running the update once more, reproduce the program failure and send the c:\snapapi.log file to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread.

    Thank you.
