TI 7 locks up on locating network

    Boots OK--> select create full image--> locate network drive \\pdc\images -->
    and as soon as I put in the root id\pw acronis locks the machine up hard.

    Win2k pro (updated)
    dell dimmention
    celeron 2.4 processor
    on board nic.


    all other machines on the network worked flawlesly --> but they are all running XP sp1 and have newer pentium 2.8 processors.

    any help would be really appreciated

    Sounds like you're using TI7b555 boot cd. Please upgrade to latest build 638 and try again.
