TI 11 - System State Backup & 100% CPU

Asus P965 Express mobo with Raid

Whenever I try to use the System State Backup feature, TI seems to start the task but cpu goes to 100% within 20 seconds and stays there.
Task never rises above 0% done.

I am able to recover by opening task manager and killing the "trueimagehomeservice" sp? process.

I'll open a support ticket in the next few days but thought I'd ask here first.

I've just downloaded the trial version to evaluate using it on my Toshiba Satelite A205-S4777 running Vista Home Premium. Essentially the laptop is out of the box, but with Vista updates posted from Microsoft Update. I have exactly the same problem as you've described and just wrote a technical support request to the Acronis site (I didn't realize this site existed at the time).

I was able to do a full system backup. just not the System State backup.
