I recently upgraded to v.10. Tried to create a bootable cd. I keep getting this error: E00040010:Device is busy.(0x40010). I get this on my internal and external burner. Please help.

Have you tried the 'open CD drawer, insert CD, click on make rescue CD' and let TI close the CD drawer?

If that fix doesn't work, then you possibly have other software locking the CD drive. If you have InCD or equivalent software automatically start at boot up - close them down via task manager (to make sure they really are unloaded) and see how you go.

For the benefit of others, was it the "leave cd drawer open" or "remove the InCD" that worked?

I would bet it was leave the cd tray open. Thats what worked for me as well and I did not uninstall incd.
