TI 10 Home crashes while Backup Outlook

    I use True Image Home Version 10.0 Build 4.871 and try to backup my Outlook Folders. Outlook Version: 2004 ( 11.80108107) SP2
    I tried every folder and Subfolder, every time TI starts scanning the entries and that has an Exception and ends.
    In the the Windows Logfile you can see the Message:

    Fehlgeschlagene Anwendung trueimageservice.exe, Version 10.0.0.4871, fehlgeschlagenes Modul msvcr71.dll, Version 7.10.3052.4, Fehleradresse 0x00010440.

    How can I solve this problem?

    It is a known problem with Version 10 ... you'll have to wait until Acronis provides a fix.

    Build #4871: MS Outlook backup fixes *LOL*
    Because this feature i upgraded to version 10. What's the problem?

    how soon o_O??

    real soon, or months into the future ! When will backing up Outlook on the fly work like you advertise TI 10 to do on the box o_O??


    unhappy and disgruntled user of TI 10 Home :-(

    The build contains certain fixes including the fix for the issue with backing up MS Outlook settings and messages using "My E-mail" option. You can find more detailed history of changes in "Product Update" section of you account.

    Please download and install the new build 4940 of Acronis True Image 10.0 Home in order to check how the product works.
