TI-10 - Can't backup successfully across a network

    Please notice that those features are already fixed in Acronis True Image 11 Home. We recommend you to download and install the free trial version of Acronis True Image 11 Home to see how the software works on your computer. With the trial version of the product you will be able to fully use the Windows version for 15 days. The bootable rescue media will be limited to restore function.

    You can find the detailed instructions on how to use Acronis True Image 11 Home in the respective User's Guide.

    Thanks for replying, now I noticed that the thread was referring version 10.

    However, it is Version 11 Home where I found the problem. So it hasn't been fixed in V11 yet.

    If this has been fixed in V11, how do I get an upgrade at no charge? Why do I have to pay for critical bug fixes?
    Or will there be a new build of V10 with this fix?

    This has not been fixed in TI11. I'm licensed for TI10 and downloaded a demo of TI11 and have the same problem in both versions. I've submitted a tech support incident (#1282632) on this problem. I included the log file with this incident report. I can create a manual backup on my networked drive, but can't create an automated backup to a backup location on the same drive.
