Thunderbird Text & Colour.

Hello Forum,
Every time I change the text and colour in thunderbird it always returns to the default settings the next time i send a e-mail.How do you keep the settings you want.

Go to preferences -> Composition -> HTML Options

But there really isn't a point, people generally only want plain text emails ... and will receive them in that state - I wouldn't bother with HTML emails.
