I am currently trialing ESET NOD32 v3.0.669. After the installation, it immediately flagged Prevx EDGE as a malicious file and quarantined it. This is clearly a false positive, so I tried to submit the file for analysis via NOD32. However, it kept giving me an error when hitting the submit button. It says "Submission of file failed" or something to that effect.

Does anyone know why this is the case?

    Thanks!

Is it detected after updating to the current version 3879?

I am not sure if NOD32 still flags Prevx EDGE as a malicious file (with 3879 def). I added Prevx's folder to the exclusion list to prevent NOD32 from automatically deleting it. I'll remove it from the exclusion and see what happens.
