Going to grab it myself. No previous experience with the magazine until now. Haking IT security magazine PDF format.

 

i never realised the 9 was a g lol. i think the same people brought out a BSD magazine recently too, maybe that's free too

 

Very little experience with Linux of any flavor. One of those things on my "to try list". No idea about the BSD magazine.

Guess the 9 has always been a g if it`s tail is below the line.

The free download appears to be issue 1 of 2008.

 

That is what mine states. Seems almost all subscription type magazines run about a month ahead.

 

it's been 2008 for a while now, according to my desktop calendar.

 

Totally overlooked the 08...... Just say I am living in the past. Curious now if it really is such a good freebie.

By the way, they collect email addresses, makes me wonder how free this is. I gave a spam drain as my email address.

it's a good magazine so i'm sure it's worth reading even if it is a little old now.
