    [MOVE]Thank you,snowbound.[/MOVE]

    Although I did not solve my problem, thanks a lot to snowbound and I found the solution to E-mail to Acronic.
    But I don't know why someone doesn't beleve me?
    Maybe I need to describe my promble clearly.
    The promble is:
    I can backup my data successfully to a image file(*.tib)
    And then I can not restore my data to the same disk driver.
    Because I feel my HDD not works normally, I formated it and recreate new partitions.
    When I wanted to restore my backup file, it always showed that message and I tried it all day yesterday.
    I don't understand why it thinks that my volume is not ready.

    So now I am afraid of backup programs even norton Ghost and nero BackupItUp.o_O
    My TureImage version is AcronisTureImageServer version9.1 (build 3,534)

    Hello bmwl7,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Server Backup Software.

    Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

    First of all, please make sure you use the latest build (3718 ) of Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server. To get access to updates you should first register your software.

    We recommend that you create a new Acronis True Image Bootable Rescue Media using the latest build, because each new build brings such improvements as better hardware support etc. Additional information on creating bootable media can be found in the Chapter 10 of Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server User Guide.

    If the issue persists, please describe your step-by-step actions which you took that led you to this error. Also please clarify where the backup archive is stored (local or external hard drive, CD/DVD disc or another storage media). Please also send us the log file from Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server that contains the error message. In order to do so please do the following:

    - run the program;

    - select Show log on the toolbar or from the Tools menu;

    - select the log with error messages;

    - click "Save the log entry to file" (the diskette icon)

    Please create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post. Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the link to this thread. We will investigate the issue and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.

    Are you creating the backup on removeable media?
    If so, is it optical media?
    If so, do not insert the media until TI asks for it.

    CreateDirectoryW is the Unicode version of the CreateDirectory API function.
    TI's message is needlessly cryptic.
