The Spyware from H*ll!!

Please, I need help!! My CD drive keeps popping open!!

Everytime I try to get onto the internet, my CD drive pops open and a "warning alert" from a spyware removal company tells me that I have a possible spyware problem and should buy their software in order to remove it. So of course I ran SpyBot and Ada-aware. They both detected and removed a lot of bugs, but my CD drive and the "warning-buy me" alert still pops up and open. I seriously think it is the spyware removal company that has spyed me so I would buy their software. Please help me...I have the Spyware from H*ll!!
