    Right. There have been a few posts about the vulnerability of privacy and anonymity to data mining. The risk has always been pretty obvious. To mitigate, I restrict unusual interests and activities to particular identities. For example, I only read and post here as hierophant. Other identities have other non-overlapping sets of interests. Many have been transient. Even so, I can imagine correlation attacks based on grammar, style, idiom and so on. Fortunately, however, I can't imagine that anyone would bother doing that to identify me.
