The end is near for DuckDuckGo ?

    In all honesty i tried all the other searchers and not a one comes close to Google, ever did or ever will IMO.

    Funny thing in all this. Bing will refuse to crawl or list many sites in Google unless you use their services. To me thats called Blackmail.

    This thread's title, which questions the future of DuckDuckGo, is almost entirely based on FUD. I can't believe we are already seeing comments like this:

    Firstly, DuckDuckGo isn't using only Bing for its results: http://help.duckduckgo.com/customer/portal/articles/216399-sources

    Secondly, the Bing team already confirmed that they will reevaluate the move (see the comments on their blog).

    Thirdly, even if they don't reevaluate the move, Google search API will continue being much more expensive.
