hi

ok i just blew the hard disk of my main computer. blew it real good btw
i know all hard disks will eventually break, but it still came as a surprise..
4 and a half years of loyal service, lots of spins etc

thank god i had acronis true image installed
thank god i DID make the backups to an USB disk
thank god i made a true image boot cd

well what more? it was a pleasant experience to restore the disk, about 60 minutes and back running like nothing happened

great stuff!

without you i would have lost:
my virus collection( the most important part )
my family photos/videos of 2 years
lots of my work files
loads of emails i wanna keep etc
