As usual when a new release is out many questions arises & harsh words which we often regret later are said. This time it's mostly centers around the unfortunate situation with old Prevx users having to wait be able use Webroot SA, valid arguments have been said and fortunately listened to. I personally can live with the beta for a month more and appreciate Joe's efforts to change things. That aside i just really wanted to say thank you to Joe, it's not often you can discuss application this open with one of the guys can actually change things from the inside and i just wanted to say thank you for that and for always keeping a cool head even though things get a bit heated at times.
Thank you very much for the kind words I deeply appreciate the help and support everyone here has given and I know we want to return that thanks with fully supporting the transition between products. It's been a fun ride so far but it's just beginning

The BEST of the best...that is how I would describe him...and a real differentiator in relation to Prevx's & now Webroot's support for the product. Long may he be able to grace this forum. Thanks Joe!

I said it once before when he worked for Prevx, and I'll say it again now he is with Webroot - whatever they are paying you, they should double it!!
