    There is a trojan simulator that Magnus(the developer of Trojan Hunter)made a few years or so ago.

    ParetoLogic Antispyware?
    Sounds familiar.
    Got a link?

    The link: http://paretologic.com/

    Downloaded Trojan Simulator and unzipped the archive and 'yes', trojansimulator.exe was detected and dealt with by Avira Security Suite (RC1)......isn't that great? Way you go Avira!!!

    ParetoLogic=XoftSpy.

    I don't care for it.
    It's not a very good program IMO.

    If you are looking for free antispyware programs you are looking at scanners that update.
    The full version will cost $.
    AVG Antispyware,A-Squared,and SUPERAntispyware are all good programs.
    They do have Pro or Personal full versions with real-time monitoring.I'm using these 3 free scanners.

    I also like Counter Spy.The version 2.0 is in beta.That should be a very good program when it is released after beta.The resource usage has been lighter.Nice program for later.

    *edited for spelling.
