    Does Acronis have email tech support for True Image?

    Yes, it's called email support on the Acronis webpage - email and ye shall receive an auto answer with a incident #. You then wait for someone to get around to actually answering your problem.

    Here is the link support

    You need the 3rd block down from the top Report a problem with a registered product, click on submit a request

    FWIW, I'm a registered user and submitted a question 10 days ago and only got back the incident number email, ie, no actual response
