* Terminal Server support: TeamViewer can be configured to create an ID per user on server operating systems. With this new feature each Terminal Server user can be accessed remotely at the same time.

I installed the Linux version. TV lets you remotely control some of their computers to test the app. I'm wondering if I use TV if the control is one way? Like I control anothers computer but they cannot control mine. Anybody know?

 

You can switch control over to your partner and then toggle control back and forth quite easily.

You can also set the level of access that your partner is granted to your machine.

Thanks. I realllllllllllllllly like this program. It's so easy. Sat with my laptop & controlled my desktop. This app means I can fix friends/families computers without being there. Other programs with same function are not as easy.

 

Drop them an email and let them know how much you appreciate the free use of this product. I did this several years ago.

 

I called them to do the same - spoke to a very nice German lady who was charmingly embarrassed on receiving positive feedback.

It's an excellent s/w.

I do not like, that they added TCP loopback, I have to enable all connections (IN/OUT) to get it working now.
