TDS3 pluin detect hidden listening port?

on my win2k box, no application, even firewall (zap), portexplorer showed that it had a hidden listening port : tcp : 15164 (I upload image at page of my friend: http://briefcase.yahoo.com/nguyenbh007@sbcglobal.net in the folder "cafe"
Please help out.

With all respect but: why would someone go to some unknown website?
You can register here as a member and then upload your picture as attachment so we can see it.

Besides that, you posted at the TDS-3 forum-section but seems to be talking about PortExplorer....
And PortExplorer is not a "pluin" of TDS-3.

Sorry, your question is not clear, at least not to me...
