tds3 and kas personal 5.0227 help

    after install tds3 and now my kaspersky personal 5.0227 RTM is not working any more so how can make back to work with kasperky RTM?

    Hi there!
    I hope at the moment of installing you closed all other programs, especially your scanners and their resident protection, and after the install you rebooted.
    If not rebooted yet, try to reboot.
    If that was not the solution:
    close all scanners,
    uninstall TDS,
    reboot,
    make sure all scanners and their resident protection are closed
    install TDS
    reboot
    now try everything again.

    Please let us know how it goes.

    thank your for reply. well i have try everything like you say but still no go . so I uninstalll kaspersky anti virus and install it again this time it work like champ

    Strange, but i'm happy it works fine again!
