    Hi,
i have paid for this software two days ago and i'm still waiting for licence key. I had trial version and now i cannot even open the TDS-3 to register online. I hope this software is still ''alive'' to buy. Any info?

OMG, i guess i made a big mistake to pay to DiamondCS in advanced using Paypal. I just transfer the money to DCS and i didn't bought from unknown sites.
I kind of liked that program.

Do a conflict thing with Paypal. You should be in good shape.

Definately do the conflict thing right away with Pay Pal and escalate it right away. I ran into the same thing a month back trying to get their Processguard program. If you escalate the claim Pay Pal will try to get in touch with DCS to resolve the issue and they won't be able to do this and they will refund your money.

How the hell are DCS advertising and taking money for this thing!

    This is terrible.

The thing is that i didn't know that this software is (sorry for the term) dead.. It can be downloaded from other sites. So i thought that it can still be bought. I transfer the money to DCS in hope to get the licence.
I have registered two programs from DCS (port explorer and process guard) and they are great software, so there is nothing to complain about the seller. But it's my mistake to rush in to purchase TDS-3. I have already contacted paypal and i hope to get refund.

    Brutal.

I have read far too many similar experiences here at Wilders concerning DCS and unfortunately i predict it won't be the last.

    It's a sad commentary on a once proud product(s).

I sincerely hope u are able to get a refund hjk.

I am surprised that Paypal is still processing this - if they have that many complaints, the account should have been closed.:doubt:

I see they have the trial download for Deep System Explorer up on their site. Anybody tried it yet?

I will definately pass on that one. With all the mystery surrounding DCS, lord knows what DSE actually is.

The DSE download avaliable now is the standard version and is very limited.
Appears to get all the functions of this beta you need to BUY the Pro version.
So I guess not too many people will be buying it anytime soon. Poor way to run a beta.
