TDS-3 is running but can't open it???

    Hello!

    I have resolved for 2005 to get serious about hardening my computers security. The first item of the day was to try to understand how to make TDS-3 work. I haven't gotten very far.

    I'm running Win2K and installed TDS-3 when I intially installed the OS. Checking the task manager tells me it is running, but I have been unable to open it up to configure it. When I either double click the shortcut or try to open it from the Start menu, the result is the same. Nothing happens.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Are you running it as admin?

    Are you perhaps using for example Chinese or Japanese language?
