Ji Just, Yes reinstall boot into safe mode and do a full system scan with all scan options enabled. This way nothing will get in the way of the scan. Remembers tp get the latest radius file before going into sfe mode. If you do not how, you can get into safe mode by pressing F8 a few times just before windows startas to load. HTH Pilli
