The Acronis True Image Home 2009 has been working fine until now.
For some reason the Tasks and Event Log box pops up when I want to do a backup.

As usual I click the following: backup/mycomputer/next/create new backup archive/next/do not schedule/next/next/full/next/next/password/next/next/proceed

Now instead of the backup starting the Tasks and Event Log box pops up and there seems to be no way round it.

    Could you please advise.

    Many thanks.

What build of Ti2009 do you use?

(press ALT-key for the menu where you can find out the build number...)

Thanks for your reply, Mr. Morse.

    It is build 9709.

I downloaded it a week ago for the 15 day trial period.

Ok, you confirm that you have the latest build.
Because I don't use Ti2009 (I use Ti11) we have to ask a real user.

Can anybody of the members follow the problem of jerry999?
    It should be to clarify...
