Taskbar Menu Disabled

    It seems that when ESS goes into the "Orange Phase" where <14 days are remaining, right clicking the taskbar icon is no longer an option, this seems to be a bug as it is apparent even after multiple restarts. Clicking on it once will bring up the GUI once. If you then close the GUI, clicking/double clicking it becomes disabled. I need to access it via the start menu.
